Woo hoo! Fall colors have arrived in the La Sal Mountains of Moab and they are simply spectacular.
I LOVE Fall and all that comes with it…cool crisp mornings, snuggly sweaters, cozy boots, peppermint white mochas and especially, the amazing colors that nature exhibits.
Every season we try and head up to the La Sal mountains to see what Mother Nature is displaying and this year, as always, it was amazing!
It was so amazing that I actually dusted off my own SLR camera and took a few pictures.
note: not all of these photo’s were taken with my SLR. The battery died and I resorted to my point and shoot.

Beautiful shots! Here in Florida, I’m rejoicing at the opportunity to wear pants in the morning without breaking out into an instant sweat – and I think, maybe, possibly, there was one little yellow leaf on a tree the other day.

Beautiful! We camped in the North Georgia Mountains this weekend, but the leaves are just starting to change. I just love Fall!

Wow, it is so beautiful there! It was 100 degrees here in the valley of Nor Cal yesterday. The forecast is promising cooler temps (80s) soon. We’ll get to fall weather eventually!
It’s still warm here in town but the mountains are a good 15-20 degrees cooler. Can’t wait until the days in town are much cooler. I LOVE Fall!
