That break in the school day that you looked forward to more than anything. The time when you got to run free, laugh as loud as you wanted, give googly eyes to the boy or girl you had a crush on and take it some vitamin D and fresh air. Ah, the good ol’ days.

Recess isn’t just for school age kids.

 

Recess is for EVERYONE!!

 

 

 

Join KEEN this Friday, September 14th for 10 minutes of recess. Take a break from whatever you are doing that day for 10 minutes of outside play.

Go for a walk, a jog or a bike ride.

Take your tykes to the playground.

Engage in an outside game with your tykes.

Get a group of co-workers together to play some ball, catch a frisbee, play tag or whatever suits your fancy. Whatever you do just get outside for 10 minutes. Make it even longer if you can.
